What it does
It's a private, AI-powered health log that lives entirely inside Telegram. You tell it what happened — a workout, a meal, your weight — and it stores it. Ask it a question about your own data and it answers using your actual history, not guesses. Every morning it puts the picture together for you: how yesterday went, what stood out, and whether to push hard today or take it easier.
How it works
There are no rigid commands to memorize — just write normally.
- 1 You write a message. In plain language — whatever you'd naturally say to a coach.
- 2 It figures out what you mean. An AI model (Gemini) reads the message and decides what to do — save a record, look up your history, sync a device, or search current research — there's no fixed menu it's limited to.
-
3
It remembers you specifically.
Your own goals, stats, and training plan (set once via
/system_prompt) shape every answer after that.
Integrations
It pulls from more than one source, so the daily picture is actually complete.
Garmin Connect
Steps, sleep, heart rate, HRV, SpO2, body battery, training readiness, and activities — synced automatically every morning, or on request.
Nutrition diary
Connects to your kaloricketabulky.sk food log — calories, protein, carbs, fat, and the individual meals behind them.
Workout logging
Ask for your last session of a given routine, get weight/rep suggestions based on it, and log the results back when you're done.
Real science, cited
When a topic is worth grounding in research (sleep, HRV, training load...), it searches peer-reviewed studies and cites the author and year — or says plainly when it found nothing, instead of making something up.
Your morning report
Every day at 9:00, before you've even asked, it pulls together everything from
the day before — training, sleep, food, anything you logged — flags anything
unusual, and tells you in a couple of sentences whether today's a green light or
a day to ease off. You can also just ask for it any time with
/daily_report.
